Our experience

dyper 3

We have had a remarkably positive experience with DYPER diapers. They align with the key aspects that we value in a diaper. These diaper designs are exceptional, making them easy to put on and take off. They are hassle-free and convenient during diaper changes. The absorbency of these diapers is outstanding; they effectively contain wetness, reducing leaks and keeping our baby dry for extended periods.

Additionally, the variety of sizes available caters well to different growth stages, ensuring a comfortable and secure fit for our baby as he grows. Although DYPER diapers do not have a conventional wetness indicator, their high absorbency levels often negate the need for one.

They maintain dryness exceptionally well. Moreover, we appreciate their commitment to using materials suitable for sensitive skin. The diapers are gentle and soft and have minimized irritation or discomfort for our baby.

Overall, DYPER impresses with its ease of use, superior absorbency, size options, and dedication to providing comfort for sensitive skin. It is a reliable choice for discerning parents.”

What we don’t like

dyper 5

Based on our personal experience, we have noticed that the product has several positive features, but there are a few minor drawbacks that we have encountered. One of the drawbacks is related to the closure system. Sometimes, the fasteners or tabs of the diaper tend to detach or break, causing inconvenience during diaper changes.

Although the diapers perform exceptionally in absorbency, the absence of a visible wetness indicator could sometimes make it challenging to gauge when the diaper needs changing. This can be especially difficult when a quick visual cue would be beneficial. Lastly, although the sizing options are generally accommodating, we have found that specific sizes run slightly larger or smaller than expected, leading to a less-than-ideal fit.

Despite these minor shortcomings, the overall performance and quality of the product have been satisfactory. They have not significantly impacted the product’s usability or effectiveness.

Parents comments

We absolutely love this brand! I know they’re a little bit more than your average run-of-the-mill diapers, but the fact that 87% of the product completely biodegrade within eight months is amazing! It’s nice to know that we’re not polluting the environment with tons of plastic

Dyper diapers offer a unique composting service, making them an excellent option for those who prioritize environmental sustainability. To use their service, you need to live in one of their pickup zones and pay a monthly fee

. If you don’t live in one of their pickup zones, you’ll have to pay for a shipping kit from Dyper that costs around $150. If you’re not planning on using their composting service, it doesn’t make sense to choose Dyper over other options.

Should You Buy the Dyper Bamboo?

We have high regard for Dyper Bamboo not only for its performance but also for its unique ability to prevent diapers from ending up in landfills without relying on cloth diapers.

What sets this diaper apart is its composting process, which offers home pickup or delivery back to the company, effectively reducing the impact of diaper waste on landfills. Dyper’s concept of a disposable diaper with minimal environmental impact is impressive, which offers convenient use while prioritizing eco-friendliness.

If sustainability is your top priority and you have a larger budget, Dyper could be an excellent choice. However, if returning diapers to Dyper comes at an additional cost that doesn’t fit your budget, or if you prioritize effective absorption and minimal leaks, this may not be the best option for your needs.

What Other Disposable Diapers Should You Consider?

Although Dyper diapers are environmentally friendly, they may not be the most effective option. While it’s essential to consider the environmental impact, additional costs or potential leaks may not be suitable for everyone’s budget or preferences. Eco by Naty is an excellent option if you’re looking for alternatives. It’s eco-friendly, compostable under certain conditions, and uses renewable resources to operate as a B Corporation.

It offers excellent absorption without harming the planet. Another contender is Parasol Clear and Dry, which caters to eco-conscious consumers and boasts one of the highest absorption scores in this selection. Parasol is similarly priced, but its composting process doesn’t require additional expenses, making it an appealing option for environmentally conscious diaper users.
